Our sessions will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30am (in the RH FITNESS APP), 9am (in person), and 6 pm (in person) starting January 29th.

Not sure you can commit to the scheduled sessions, we will be releasing our at home workout ebook with video demos, modifications, and all the things!
Our workouts include a variety of cardio, strength training, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises.
We offer nutrition guidance and meal plan suggestions, but it is not included in the cost.
